অংশ গ্রহণকারীঃ আমার কয়েকটা অভিজ্ঞতার কথা যদি আপনাকে বলি। রোগী গুলো আসত গ্রাম থেকে হুজুর, কবিরাজের কাছ থেকে চিকিৎসা নিয়ে। গ্রামের মানুষ এই জিনিসগুলো এমন ভাবে বিশ্বাস করে। উনাদের এতো গভীর বিশ্বাস এটা যে মানসিক সমস্যা এটা উনারা বুঝতে চাইতো না। কিন্তু তারপরও হাসপাতালে আসতে হইতো। তারমানে যদি অইখানে কাজ হতো এত কষ্ট করে জার্নি করে ঢাকা আসত না। হয় রোগীর লোকের নাহলে আশে পাশের কারো এত টুকু উপলব্ধি আছে যার জন্য হাসপাতালে আসতে বাধ্য হচ্ছে। এইজন্য দেখলাম যে অনেকে এসে বলছে যে আগে উনারা অইভাবে চিকিৎসা করিয়েছেন কাজ হচ্ছে না দেখে আমাদের এখানে এসেছেন। আসলে সাইকিয়াট্রির ট্রিটমেন্ট হিসেবে ফার্মাকোলজিকেল সাপোর্ট, সাইকোথেরাপি, কাউন্সেলিং এগুলোর তো দরকার আছে
